Lumos Stainless Steel

A special edition, precision-engineered Lumos in stainless steel.

Ive crafted approximately 4,000 pens by hand on my marvellous 1960s Myford Super 7 engineering lathe, and the phrase “they dont make ’em like they used to” certainly rings true for this special bit of machinery.

About the Lumos Stainless Steel

The stainless steel Lumos embodies the same philosophy of creating something to last a lifetime. It pays homage to time-honoured techniques and machinery with its unique diagonally knurled cap, smooth and precise body finish, incredibly hard-to-machine triple start threads (which mean the cap unscrews three times as fast), and, of course, being made from the most enduring of materials, stainless steel.

Im sure my Lumos and lathe will be hanging out together for generations to come, reminiscing about the good old days.
